Replacing the tail light bulbs in a Ford F-350 pickup, as shown in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, ensure that the key is not in the ignition for safety.

Start by opening the tailgate, then using an 8mm socket wrench, remove the two bolts located on the inner edge of the light you will be working on. Next, grasp the light assembly, pull it outward, and separate it from the body. At this point, you can rotate the faulty bulb counterclockwise and remove it from the housing.

To access the reverse lights, you will first need to remove the four indicated screws.
