In this tutorial, we can see how to disassemble the rear door lock in the Ford Fiesta. First of all, we open the door in question, then we detach the cover of the outer corner of the glass, unscrew the indicated screws, and, using a plastic spatula, we detach the panel from the door by levering along the perimeter. Once this is done, we disconnect both the window lifter connector and the lock rope, and continue by disassembling the internal cover of the door. At this point, we can remove the external handle, unscrew the 3 fixing bolts of the lock, and extract it from the housing.
