Replacing the Key Battery in a Ford Mustang

This video shows how to replace the battery in the remote control of a modern Ford Mustang. This is a very simple operation that you can perform independently in no time at all. Let's go through the procedure. Start by removing the back cover of the remote by pressing the release clip, then, using a small flathead screwdriver, remove the plastic panel where the physical key and the two batteries reside. At this point, you can take out the two batteries and replace them with new ones, ensuring they are inserted the correct way round. Finally, reassemble the remote following the reverse procedure. The required batteries are CR2025 3V.
