This brief and simple video guide shows all the steps to follow to reset the maintenance warning light related to the remaining life of the engine oil on a sixth-generation Ford Fiesta, produced from 2008 to 2017. First, turn on the instrument cluster without starting the engine.

Then, press and hold both the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal simultaneously for about twenty seconds, or until the warning light on the dashboard disappears.

Finally, switch off and restart the vehicle to verify the reset.
