The replacement of the gear knob of the Ford Fiesta is done by grabbing the old knob, so that it can be rotated counterclockwise: by rotating the knob, it will now be possible to completely detach it from the top part of the gear lever. Once the old knob has been removed, it will be possible to place the appropriate support washer for the new replacement knob on the end of the lever.
