To change the automatic gearbox oil on a Ford Mondeo, lift the car with a jack or ramp to access the underside of the engine bay. Here, locate the protective panel of the gearbox, which must be removed by loosening its screws. At this point, loosen the drain plug of the reservoir containing the gearbox oil, collecting all the used oil in a suitably positioned container. Now, top up by inserting the new oil through the same breather.

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after.
