To remove the door panel of the Ford Fusion, loosen the bolts that secure the panel to its housing: these screws are located at the bottom of the panel and inside the handle area. Once all these screws are loosened, use a tool to pry off the window switch panel by disconnecting its connectors.

This way, the panel can be detached from the door by prying with a tool like a screwdriver; the new panel can then be positioned and secured with the screws removed earlier.
