Replacing the Air Filter on a Ford Fiesta

To keep your engine running efficiently and monitor fuel consumption, replace the air filter at the frequency specified in the Ford Fiesta maintenance schedule (more often if driving on particularly dusty roads). To do this, open the bonnet and locate the air filter in the centre of the engine bay. Using a Torx key, unscrew the three screws securing the cover, remove it, and take out the old filter. Install the new filter, ensuring it is positioned correctly and pay particular attention to the sealing gasket, then refit the cover and tighten the three screws.
