If any devices in your Ford EcoSport have suddenly stopped working, first check the status of the relevant fuses, the diagrams for which are shown in this video. Find the first fuse box inside the cabin, specifically behind the glove compartment on the passenger side.

The second box is located in the engine bay, beneath the black plastic cover situated just to the left of the battery. In case of a blown fuse, ensure you use a replacement with equivalent specifications and always work with the vehicle turned off.
