Replacing the Diesel Filter on a Ford Transit MK VII

To prevent dirt from entering the fuel system of the Ford Transit MK VII with the diesel, a specific filter is installed that must be replaced periodically. To do this, open the front bonnet; the filter is located on the driver’s side mounted vertically. Rotate the filter body until the release mark aligns with the reference on the base, then pull it out by pushing down firmly. Take the new filter, fill it with fresh diesel, and insert it into the base, rotating it to align with the locking marks.
