Replacing the Rear Light Bulbs on a Ford S-Max

Here’s how to replace the bulbs inside the lights located on the tailgate of the Ford S-Max. Open the tailgate and position yourself in front of the light where the bulbs need replacing; on the inner cover, you will find a cap, which when removed will expose the electrical connector that you will need to disconnect and two plastic screws to unscrew. Also, unscrew the screw located on the side, allowing you to remove the light; unscrew the two screws that secure the plate where the bulbs are housed. Replace the burnt bulb with a new one and reassemble everything in reverse order of the previous steps.
