To ensure a clean and constant airflow to the engine of the Ford Fiesta, change the air filter at the intervals specified in the maintenance schedule. Open the bonnet of the engine compartment; you will find the filter box near the battery.

Depending on the version, the cover may be secured with four T25 Torx screws or four clips. Open the cover, remove the old filter element, and replace it with a new one. Close the cover and secure it by tightening the screws or refitting the clips, depending on the version.
