How to Replace the Front Airbag on a Ford Fiesta

Perform a safety operation by releasing the bonnet from the appropriate lever and lifting it to disconnect the connectors from the battery to protect yourself during the work. Now, using an Allen key, press the buttons needed to release the central part of the steering wheel; you will likely need to press both buttons simultaneously. You can now extract the central part and disconnect the connectors at the back to replace the part where the airbag is located. Finally, install the new unit by retracing the steps described for reassembly.
