How to replace the battery of a Ford Fusion vehicle key

To replace the battery of the key/remote on a Ford Fusion, we need to lift the metal key and insert a flathead screwdriver on the side of the opening to remove the cover of the remote. We then remove the battery and replace it with a new one. We then go near the vehicle to test the remote's functionality. If any issues are encountered, it may be necessary to reprogram the remote. Replacing the battery on Ford remotes follows the same steps shown in the following video.
