In this tutorial, you will see how to disable Start&Stop on a Ford Fusion, for example, if you find the automatic engine shutdown system too intrusive. First, enter the cabin, then insert the key and turn on the instrument cluster.

Next, locate the button with a circled "A" on the back of the center console and press it. The illumination of the orange light will indicate that the system is disabled. However, this operation is not permanent and will need to be repeated each time the vehicle is started.
