Want to remove the radiator from a Ford Fiesta? Follow these steps. Lift the bonnet and secure it. After removing the bumper and grille, start by disconnecting the coolant hoses using pliers. Use a socket spanner to unscrew the securing bolts of the radiator and attached cooling fans. Once the radiator is free from any bolts, extract it from its housing. To reassemble, follow the steps in reverse. After fitting the radiator, top up with the appropriate coolant.
