How to Remove the Cooling Radiator on Ford Fiesta

Let's see how to remove the cooling radiator on Ford Fiesta. Open the bonnet, detach the soundproofing panel from the cylinder head, then remove the air intake box. Using a suitable socket, unscrew the plates that secure the radiator at the top, then lift the car on a column lift and loosen the clamp on the water hose. Disconnect the various hoses of the cooling system with pliers and extract the radiator from the engine bay. Prepare to install the new part in the engine bay: fit the cooling radiator, clamps, bolts, and various pipes. Reattach the radiator mounting brackets with the associated plates. Tighten the plastics and air intake kit securely with a socket. Finally, top up with new coolant and bleed the air from the cooling system.
