First, you need the Genesis Connected Services app on your smartphone; then, have the set of two keys for your vehicle. Now, swipe on the infotainment screen to your driver profile icon and enter your name. The next step is to select your password, something you can remember, as you will need to enter it twice. The next step is to register your fingerprint (after entering the password a second time). You will need to consent to the system and place your finger on the biometric system, pressing for 30 to 45 seconds with your right (or left) index finger until it indicates that the operation is complete. If you want to remove this option later, take the vehicle keys, unlock it with the app on your smartphone, and start the vehicle with the biometric key. Select the icon on the screen, swipe, and delete your profile. Very simple.
