How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter of the GMC Terrain

To replace the cabin air filter of the GMC Terrain, locate it behind the glove compartment, which will need to be removed from its housing. The glove compartment is held in place by supports, essentially it is under pressure, so you just need to detach it from these supports to remove it. Behind it, you will immediately find the filter access door, which is secured by two 5.5 mm screws that need to be removed to access the filter. After removing it and cleaning the empty space with a blast of compressed air, reinstall the new filter (paying attention to the direction of the arrows), close the access door, and put the glove compartment back in place. Job done.
