How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter on the Holden Captiva

To proceed with the replacement of the cabin air filter in the vehicle, follow these steps: access the cabin from the passenger side, open the glove compartment, and unscrew the 3 screws located above the closing frame. Remove the glove compartment entirely, being careful to disconnect the electrical connectors at the back. At that point, at the bottom of the compartment, there is a door for the filter housing that needs to be opened by removing the two screws on the sides. Then, extract the filter and replace it with the new one (always check that the filter specifications are suitable for the type of vehicle) and pay attention to the orientation of the filter (arrow pointing up). Finally, reverse the steps to reassemble all components.
