Replacing the Air Filter on the Holden Captiva

At the scheduled maintenance interval for the Holden Captiva, you need to replace the air filter. To do this, open the hood of the engine compartment and locate the filter box on the passenger side, directly in front of you. Unscrew the metal clamp on the outlet hose and disconnect it. Using a screwdriver, remove the four screws securing the cover and take it off. You can now extract the old filter element and replace it with a new one, ensuring the gasket fits snugly on the edge. Reattach the cover and secure it with its screws, reconnect the outlet hose, and tighten the metal clamp.
