First, get inside the vehicle and start by removing the climate control buttons; then remove the cover and the compartment above the radio by unscrewing the mounting screws to take it out, as shown in the video.

At this point, disconnect the electrical connectors to completely remove the radio; replace it with the new one and reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
