In this video, you can see where the fuse boxes are located on the Honda Civic and what the corresponding diagrams are, useful in case you need to check the fuses of a malfunctioning device. The first box is located inside the cabin, behind the small door on the lower left side of the dashboard, on the driver's side.

The second box is located in the engine bay, protected by a black plastic cover next to the air filter. Ensure you replace any blown fuses with spares of the same amperage.
