Installation of Rear Bonnet Covers

You can purchase an aftermarket Velcro panel to apply to the rear bonnet and plastic trims to cover all the reinforcement ribs: the panel will be secured with plastic push clips. Open the rear bonnet and apply the panel, aligning the holes with those on the bonnet where you will insert the push fasteners to secure it; in other areas, the pins with expansion screws will need to be applied. Next, apply the plastic covers to the hinges, marking with a marker the points where to drill holes for fastening; once the holes are made, coat the edges with paint and insert the push fasteners.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
