In this tutorial, you will learn how to reset the service light in a Honda Civic. Before performing this simple and quick operation, ensure that all maintenance tasks have been completed.

First, insert the key and turn on the instrument cluster, not the engine, then press and hold the "SEL RESET" button located on the left side of the dashboard. After about 5 seconds, the service screen on the display will start to flash; release the button and press it again until the reset is complete.

Finally, restart the instrument cluster.
