How to Reset the Service Light on a Honda HR-V

In today's tutorial video, we will show you how to reset the service light, which indicates the remaining life of the engine oil, on a second-generation Honda HR-V, produced from 2016 to 2023. As seen in the video, first, turn on the instrument cluster without starting the engine. Next, press the speedometer button until the display shows the percentage of engine oil life. At this point, press and hold the same button until the message starts to flash, then release the button and press it again until the oil life percentage reaches 100%.
