Follow these steps to perform the routine maintenance service by replacing the engine oil and oil filter of the Honda HR-V. First, lift the vehicle and start unscrewing the oil drain bolt located under the engine, allowing the oil to drain into a container for about ten minutes; then use the appropriate filter wrench to unscrew and remove the oil filter cartridge, replacing it with a new one (screw it in by hand and tighten gently), as shown in the video.

Next, unscrew the filler cap and pour in the new engine oil!
