The Service light on the dashboard of the Honda HR-V can be reset by turning the ignition key to the on position. This will allow you to navigate through the menu on the dashboard using the directional arrow controls located under the right side of the steering wheel.

Select the "Vehicle settings" option, then proceed to select "Maintenance info" and subsequently "Reset". This will reset the Service light, and you can then turn off the ignition.
