If the service light on your 2018 Honda Accord continues to stay on even after changing the oil and filter, then you just need to reset it by following the following procedure. First, turn on the ignition and press the menu button several times until the vehicle maintenance screen appears on the display. At this point, select the "Maintenance" option and then scroll through the various options and select "All due items". Finally, proceed with resetting the light and you're done.
