How to Replace the Brake Pads on a Honda FR-V

Model: Honda Fr V MK 1 - Years 2004-2009

Position the car on supports and remove the relevant wheel. Now you can remove the bolts securing the brake cylinder/piston assembly and brake pads, and carefully remove the brake fluid pipe, keeping it pointed upwards to avoid spilling fluid. After disassembling this assembly, push the piston out and extract the brake pad. Next, fully retract the piston back into the cylinder. Now you can replace the brake pad and reposition all components in their place. After checking the brake fluid, you are ready to test your brakes.
