How to replace the timing belt of the Hyundai Accent

The replacement of the timing belt on a Hyundai Accent vehicle is a simple operation that can be done independently, thanks also to our short video tutorial. We start the replacement by opening the front hood of the vehicle and removing the front right wheel. We continue by lifting the vehicle and using a wrench to loosen the pulley in order to loosen the belt. We remove the timing belt and insert the new one. We finish by tightening the belt and the pulley. We mount the front right wheel and start the engine to activate the belt, if any issues arise it may be necessary to check the brake discs.
