How to Reset the Service Light on a Hyundai i30

Model: Hyundai I30 MK 2, GD - Years 2011-2016

To reset the service light on a Hyundai i30, insert the ignition without starting the engine. Use the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel to enter the onboard computer menu. Scroll through the available options until you find the maintenance or "Service" option. When the screen with the maintenance interval data appears, press and hold the OK or Reset button for a few seconds. Keep holding until the value flashes and confirmation of the reset is displayed. At this point, release the button, turn off the ignition, and turn it back on to check that the service light has been correctly cleared.
