How to Open a Stuck Rear Hatch on a Hyundai Tucson

Let's see the emergency procedure to open the stuck rear hatch of a Hyundai Tucson. You need to access from the inside: open one of the rear doors and create a passage by folding down the rear seat backs to reach the load area. Reach the mechanism by crawling into the boot until you reach the front wall of the hatch: you will find a plastic cover panel. Remove it and inside you will see the mechanism with a white plastic lever or a metal cable. Push or pull this lever to manually unlock the hatch.
