Removing the Radio on a Hyundai I30

Model: Hyundai I30 FD, MK 1 - Years 2007-2012
Part: Car stereo

Replace the radio in the Hyundai I30 if you want to change it or if it is damaged. Remove the trim around the stereo using a plastic lever (where the air vents are located on the sides) and detach it from the central dashboard. Once the radio is removed, unscrew the securing screws located on the sides with a screwdriver. Pull the stereo out by hand and disconnect the cables (power and antenna). To reassemble, reverse the disassembly steps. Fit the new radio, screw in the screws, and cover the central trim.
