Replacing Cabin Air Filters

Model: Hyundai Sonata - Years 2004-2014

The cabin air filter purifies the air inside the vehicle and is located behind the passenger side glove compartment. Obtain a cabin air filter of the same model as the original. To access it, you need to detach the glove compartment on the passenger side. Before removing the glove compartment, it is necessary to remove the rear stop by acting in the space available after removing the cover on the right side of the dashboard. After removing the filter cover by pulling it outward, carefully remove the filters by dragging them out to avoid dispersing dust inside the cabin. To collect dirt, place a cloth on the bottom. Thoroughly clean the inside of the filter housing with a vacuum cleaner equipped with a filter, then carefully reinsert the new filters into the housing and close the cover.
