Changing the oil on a Santa Fe? Let's look at the disassembly. Position your car on a column lift and raise it to a comfortable height for disassembly. To change the engine oil, remove the cap from the plastic panel under the engine, then, loosen the bolt under the sump with a socket spanner. Once the bolt is removed, let the fluid drain into a container. Prepare to refit the bolt with the spanner. Close the cap on the plastic panel and lower the car. Open the bonnet and top up the oil.
