Today's instructions will allow us to carry out the routine maintenance check, replacing the engine oil and oil filter of the Hyundai Santa Fe 3.5 V6. First, we lift the vehicle and start by removing the lower plastic engine cover; then we unscrew the engine oil drain plug found on the oil pan, letting the oil drain into a container for about ten minutes, as shown in the video. Next, we unscrew the oil filter from the engine compartment, using a socket wrench with an extension; we replace the filter cartridge and pour in the new engine oil!
