How to Replace the Key Battery of a Hyundai Tucson

Model: Hyundai Tucson TL, MK 3 - Years 2015-2021

Start by pressing the button on the top of your Hyundai Tucson key. This will release the emergency key, which you can remove. Next, insert the tip of a medium-sized flathead screwdriver into the upper slot of the key and lever it open. Once you complete this step, you will successfully access the old battery, which you can remove by simply unclicking it, and you will have finished the disassembly. To install the new battery and close the key, simply repeat this process in reverse, and you will have successfully completed the replacement.
