Instructions for Removing the Car Radio

Model: Hyundai Sonata - Years 2004-2014

The first operation is to remove the central dashboard trim: note that it is not only clipped in but there is also a securing screw at the top inner edge of the passenger side glove compartment. Open the glove compartment door and unscrew this screw to detach the trim. Next, unscrew the securing screws of the two buttons located on either side of the car radio, remove them to access the screws securing the car radio itself: once removed, it can be pulled forward from its housing.
