To replace the air filter on a Hyundai Elantra, open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay. The box containing the air filter is located on the right side of the engine block: to access the filter, simply detach the cover of the box and pull out the old filter from its housing. Once removed, insert the new filter and close the box with the cover; then close the bonnet, ensuring the car operates correctly.
