How to Remove the Radio from a Hyundai IX35

This guide shows how to remove the radio from the Hyundai IX35. Using plastic trim tools, you need to remove the plastic finishing cover located on top of the radio. At this point, you can unscrew the two fixing screws of the radio. With the plastic trim tools, pry on the hazard switch panel to remove it. Unscrew the other two fixing screws. Now you can slide the radio out of its housing. During this operation, be careful not to pull too hard on the device to avoid damaging the electrical cables. Reassembly is the same as disassembly but performed in reverse.
