Operation: How to replace the cabin filter in Hyundai Xcent?

In this tutorial we can see how to replace the cabin filter in the Hyundai Xcent, a very simple and fast operation. First of all let's position ourselves on the passenger seat, then open the glove compartment, empty it and disengage the drawer from the dashboard by pressing both walls inwards. Once removed, locate the long rectangular door on the right side, open it by unlocking the relative clip and extract the old filter. Finally, we clean the inside of the housing from any residue, insert the spare part and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes.
