In this video, see how to replace the battery in a Hyundai Elantra. For this operation, you will need a 10 mm spanner and a 12 mm socket. Open the bonnet and ensure the key is not inserted, then loosen the terminal securing nuts and disconnect them, starting with the negative terminal. Next, undo the lower bolt with the 12 mm spanner. At this point, you can remove the old battery and insert the new one, reassembling everything in reverse order. Connect the positive terminal first.
