As we can see in this tutorial, removing the central tunnel in a Hyundai I30 is an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all we grab the base of the gear gaiter and disengage it by pulling it upwards, then we unscrew the gear knob and remove the whole frame. We then unscrew the screws just released, continue with the screws located inside the small rear glove compartment and the others located along both walls. At this point, we can separate the tunnel from the floor and follow the reverse procedure to mount any spare part.

Resetting the Peugeot 208's on-board computer, the system called SMEG, is very simple. We can do this in case the system shows signs of malfunction, freezes, or in any other case where a restart could solve the problem. To reboot, simply hold down the two keys located in the lower left corner of the computer at the same time.
