How to Deactivate the Parking Sensors of the Hyundai i30?

To deactivate the parking sensors of the Hyundai i30, first turn on the ignition and engine by engaging reverse gear: this will activate the sensors and provide assistance during reversing. You can deactivate the sensors by pressing the dedicated button located on the centre console, marked with the P icon and sound waves: pressing this button will cause a blue light to appear on it, indicating the sensors are deactivated. You can reactivate them simply by pressing the button again.
