How to Replace the Diesel Filter on Hyundai Santa Fe

Model: Hyundai Santa Fe MK 3 - Years 2012-2018
Part: Diesel fuel filter

The diesel filter is located in the engine compartment, just below the windscreen, near the passenger side strut dome. Start by disconnecting the connectors attached to the filter support plate, then disconnect the fuel inlet and outlet pipes by first removing the safety clip and then pressing the retaining tabs with the appropriate pliers. Next, unscrew the fastening nuts of the filter support to move it enough to disconnect the connector of the underlying sensor. Then detach the sensor from the bottom of the filter, allowing fuel to spill out. Unscrew the old filter from the support using a socket wrench, then screw in the new one, reposition the sensor, and install it back in the vehicle.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after.
