The following steps will show you how to remove and replace the serpentine belt or alternator belt on the Hyundai i10. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and start loosening the bolt on the tensioner pulley, then disconnect and remove the serpentine belt.

Replace it with the new one, routing it correctly between the various pulleys and repositioning the tensioner, as illustrated in the video.

At this point, manually rotate the engine to ensure proper installation; finally, start the engine!
