In this video, we can see how to deactivate the ECO mode on the Hyundai Santa Fe MK3: on the right side of the dashboard, we find a button that is the "trip" button. By pressing and holding it, we scroll through the various options until we reach "ECO OFF". If we continue to press it, we see that the text changes to "ECO ON", so it will be enough to press it again to make the text "ECO OFF" appear and release the button.
