How to reset the service of the Isuzu D-Max

On your Isuzu D-Max, when the maintenance light or warning appears, the reset is done directly from the central display of the instrument panel using the steering wheel controls. The first step is to bring the panel to the “ON” position, meaning it is on, without necessarily starting the engine: it is necessary for the display to be active so you can enter the menus. At this point, using the buttons on the steering wheel, you enter the settings menu of the panel. In the video, you can see that navigation occurs with the arrow buttons and a confirm/select button, while to go back or exit, you use the “CANCEL” button. By scrolling through the options, you reach the section dedicated to maintenance, indicated as maintenance settings, where the options related to reminders appear. Within the maintenance settings, you select the option related to engine oil. Entering that screen, you can set the reminder to on/off and, if applicable, also adjust the interval in kilometers. After selecting the desired setting, you confirm from the panel with the same button used for selection until the system registers the change at the end.
