How to replace the timing belt of the Iveco Daily

To replace the timing belt of the Iveco Daily van, we need to open the front hood and unscrew the belt tensioner roller and lock it, so we can loosen the pulley and remove the belt; in case the pulley is damaged as in our video tutorial, we should also replace the damaged pulley. To perform this operation, we need to unscrew the four bolts on the pulley. After completing this operation, we install the new pulley and insert the timing belt. We tighten both the pulley and the belt tensioner roller and start the engine to release the belt lock.
